Her awards include the ArtsEdge Writer-In-Residency at the University of Pennsylvania, a National Endowment for the Arts Fellowship in Poetry, and the Amy Clampitt Residency. She lives in Austin, Texas, with her husband, the novelist/screenwriter Ernest Cline and their family.
